You agree to provide any documentation requested by bingopluss for this purpose, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
bingopluss accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). bingopluss does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method and Account verification status. bingopluss reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. bingopluss aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes indicated on the platform. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed faster than bank transfers. bingopluss reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
You agree not to use the bingopluss platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. Any deposits made using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods will result in immediate Account suspension and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
bingopluss may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms. Real Money funds in your Account are used for wagering before Bonus Funds unless otherwise specified.
bingopluss reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players to exploit promotional offers.
bingopluss reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have not yet been credited to an Account at the time of termination will not be honored.
You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the bingopluss platform:
bingopluss reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in violation of these prohibitions, and to forfeit any balances or winnings associated with such Account.
All content on the bingopluss platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface elements — is the property of bingopluss or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the bingopluss platform without the prior written consent of bingopluss. Any unauthorized use of bingopluss intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bingopluss and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

bingopluss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements. In the event of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in your Account may be forfeited.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting bingopluss customer support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests that have been approved will be processed in the normal course. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to bingopluss customer support for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory or judicial authority in the Philippines.
By using the bingopluss platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the above process.
